Mr. Fernandos Ongolly is our EURAXESS Ireland Officer; a Kenyan Anthropologist with great interest and passion on technology and how people adapt to these new technologies to improve their lives. He joined EURAXESS Ireland after working in the Enhancing Digital Teaching & Learning project at the Irish Universities Association where he researched on incorporating students' authentic voices in digital teaching and learning. He not only brings his work expertise to the team but also from his personal lived experience as a Non-EU researcher who moved to Ireland under the hosting agreement scheme where he worked for University College Dublin. Ongolly is also pursuing his PhD in the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in the area of access to medicines.

Dr Magdalena Wisłocka is the Head of EURAXESS Ireland an office which provides practical advice and assistance to researchers and their families wishing to move to Ireland or move abroad to continue a career in research. She is a qualified immigration advisor, coordinating the Hosting Agreement scheme in Ireland since its inception in 2004, and active particiapant in many transnational EC funded projects. In addition to her role in EURAXESS Magda is a part time lecturer (ecology) at DCU, she is also a classical music singer involved in organising musical events.
